To help us deal with maintenance issues as quickly and efficiently as possible, all non-urgent repairs should be reported through our website via the form below - ensuring your issue is logged correctly and passed to the right member of our team or contractor. 
 
What counts as an emergency? 
An emergency repair would be one of the following: 
 
No heating or hot water 
A serious water leak or burst pipe 
Total loss of electricity 
A blocked toilet where there is only one in the property 
Any situation that poses an immediate risk to safety or the property 
 
In any of these instances, please call us on the out of hours telephone number or via WhatsApp. 
 
All other maintenance issues should be reported below and will be dealt with during working hours.

Loss of electricity? Visit the Powergrid website to see if there is a local problem and check your RCD / fuse box as this will often identify whether the issue is specific to your rental property. 
 
Boiler pressure problem? This is something that you can resolve easily. We recommend familiarising yourself with how to top up the pressure which should not exceed 1.5 bar. Further guidance can be found on the EDF Energy website or simply search online using the make of your boiler. 
 
Water supply or pressure issue?Please check the Yorkshire Water website for known supply or pressure issues before reporting.
