Tenant fees 

Your tenancy agreement will thoroughly explain all tenant fees you’ll need to know about when renting a property on our books. But here are two important ones to consider before applying. 
Holding deposit – one week’s rent. This is due when you want to reserve a property. 
Rental deposit – usually five weeks’ rent. Your deposit will be fully protected and is needed to cover any damages or defaults caused by yourself during your tenancy.
